- 1). Log on to your Facebook account.
- 2). Select the "Account Settings" option located under the "Account" drop down menu in the top right corner.
- 3). Select the "Notifications" tab.
- 4). Uncheck the boxes in the left column to opt out of receiving email notifications from Facebook and apps.
