- 1). Click on the "Start" button on your server. Click on "All Programs" and open the "Veritas Backup Exec" application.
- 2). Click on the "Backups" tab.
- 3). Expand the list of backups by clicking on the "+" button.
- 4). Right-click on the backup whose name you want to change.
- 5). Click "Rename," type in the new name and then press "Enter."
