- 1). Launch Adobe Reader. Click the "Edit" menu and select the "Preferences" option. This action will open a separate dialog window.
- 2). Click the "Full Screen" option in the "Categories" section in the Preferences window.
- 3). Click the colored box next to the "Background color" listing in the "Full Screen Appearance" section. Click the color that you want to set as the background. Click the "OK" button on the Preferences window to accept the color change.
