It seems as though every day of the week we're treated to a new promo shot from asuperhero movie, and today is no different, as we get the first official look at Anne Hathaway as Selena Kyle/Catwoman in ‘The Dark Knight Rises. When announced that Anne Hathaway will play Selina Kyle, we just expect it!



Why did catwomen ride the batmobile? So perhaps the reason Catwoman has stolen Batman's stupid-looking Bat-Pod because he felt the need to arrive via Bat-Pod and depart in a more dramatic fashion. Or, maybe, he realized how stupid the thing looks, so he left the keys on the seat and hoped for the best.



And there were interesting thing about the announcement that it didn't actually say she will be playing Catwoman, it only referred to her as Selina Kyle. This leaves the characters role in the movie open to interpretation and speculation. Will Selina Kyle become Catwoman within the movie? Today, we get the answer. While we understand that director Christopher Nolan has the whole "as realistic as a superhero movie can be" aesthetic down, couldn't we get a hint of feline fashion with the character? A pair of cat ears perched atop Hathaway's head is all we ask for. When she put on the black shiny zentai suit, she is so sexy!



However, the character fits into the plot all people expect the movie to be as brilliant as the first two. The only issue, as talented and as sexy as Hathaway is, can she live up to Michelle Pfeiffer from Batman Returns? And, if that wasn't exciting enough it also says that Tom Hardy will play Bane. And when we look at the shot, we believe that it must be wonderful.
