Simple Exercise Ball Workouts

Exercise ball workouts are some of the oldest workouts out there but the reason is because they work and they work great.
There are many different sizes and weights of these exercise balls so you should be sure the one you pick you can handle.
If you aren't able to work with 50 pounds then you shouldn't try to work out with a 50 pound ball because you could end up hurting yourself rather than helping yourself.
Some of the most popular exercises are done with two people, therefore you may want to get your friend or significant other in on the action.
This way you both can have fun and get in shape at the same time, plus it's always good to have someone to support you and challenge you to go further.
One of these exercises is called the sit and catch.
This is when you and your partner sit in front of each other in the sit up position.
You will both start laying back with your feet touching the person's feet in front of you.
One of you will have the ball and as you sit up you will throw the ball the the person across from you.
They will catch it and lay down, then they will sit up and throw the ball back to you.
Repeat this several times and you will notice how hard your body is working to sit up and throw the ball and then sit up and catch it.
Depending on how much weight is in the ball will determine exactly how hard this will be.
This is a great workout for your entire abs, upper and lower, as well as your arms and your chest.
Again having a partner makes the workout more fun and pushes you to do better and better.
