- 1). Start Microsoft Word and open the document you want to convert.
- 2). Select "File," "Send To" and "Mail Recipient (for Review)." The email header will be inserted to the top of your page.
- 3). Enter the recipient's name in the "To:" field and a subject in the "Subject" line. To send a blind carbon copy, click on "bcc" in the email header. The "Bcc" textbox will appear. Enter the person's name in the text box.
- 4). Click on the "Send a Copy" button to complete the delivery.
- 1). Copy the contents of your Word document, and then open an email program of your choice.
- 2). Paste your content directly into the body of your email.
- 3). Enter the email address and subject line in the email header, and click on "Send."
