First, let's talk about what the human body needs and doesn't need. It needs fuel with nutrients. It doesn't need empty calories.

Second, it needs to be able to heal and repair when sleeping.

Third, it needs to function optimally in a physical way so that as stress comes, the body can handle it.

Fourth, your body simply needs good stuff going into it for overall health.

1. It is completely empty calories, not a single health benefit.
2. Even caffeine free, zero calorie soda is not helpful to your body.
3. It causes you to put on extra weight because of the sugar.
4. It rots your teeth.
