Cut the carnation stem at 4 inches long with wire cutters. - 2
Cut the nylon netting or tulle into four 4-by -5-inch rectangles. - 3
Pinch netting in the center and push floral wire through the center point. Tightly wrap with floral tape to make a "puff." Repeat with the other three netting pieces. - 4
Hold a nylon net puff against the carnation and then add others. Floral tape the four pieces to the stem of the carnation. - 5
Place the carnation in a piece of foam or a small holder. Cut out two round black felt pieces for eyes and a larger piece for a mouth shape. Use a low-melt glue gun to affix the felt pieces to the carnation to make a ghost face. - 6
Tie a small black or white corsage bow to the bottom back of the corsage. - 7). You can shape or move the nylon net puffs into arm positions and floating clothing in the leg area. Glue on a button that has the word BOO carved into it if desired.
