- 1). Press and hold the right soft key on the phone's keypad.
- 2). Highlight the "Unlock" option on the screen using the directional arrow keys. Press the right soft key again.
- 3). Type the four-digit unlock code into your phone. Press the right soft key. The display changes to the phone's home screen.
