- 1). Connect your iPod to your computer with the device's USB cable. This causes iTunes to automatically open.
- 2). Click your iPod's label below "Devices" on the left side of the window.
- 3). Click "Check for Update" in the "Summary" panel. A list of available updates appears on the screen. Click the "Adobe Flash" update from the list of results.
- 4). Click "Download and Install." Flash player will be automatically installed and updated.
