Double leg lifts: Lie down on your back with your hands under your back. Contract your abdominal muscles. Lift your legs up after tightening your leg muscles and then hold them in the vertical position for a few seconds. Lower them until they are a few inches off the floor, and then hold them in the same position for a few seconds. Repeat this a few times.
Alternating leg walks: Lie on your back, with your hands at your back. Lift your right leg slowly until it is perpendicular to your body, after contracting your abdomen. Lower your leg, and when it is a few inches off the floor, lift your left leg. Repeat this with alternating legs for a few times.
You will have to do these exercises slowly or they might turn out to be ineffective. Also, take care to support your back with your hands.
