What is MRI of the breast?
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the use of magnetic field and pulses of radio wave to capture detailed picture of the breast that includes the organ, tissues, bones, and the internal structure. It detects problems that were not revealed on ultrasound, CT scan and mammogram.
