- 1). Select a pagoda that best suits the rest of your decorative theme. For example, a Victorian pagoda birdcage has an elegant look that will complement a tea party-inspired event.
- 2). Set a decorative base in the center of the table, upon which the pagoda will rest. For a Victorian theme, a lace doily provides an elegant base. Other ideas include a placemat, some fabric, a collection of autumn leaves or a straw mat.
- 3). Set the pagoda on top of the base.
- 4). Add some flowers to the centerpiece. To expand on the Victorian theme, fill vintage white vases with fragrant pink and white roses, pale pink peonies and baby's breath, and spread the vases around the pagoda.
- 5). Collect a number of pillar candles of varying heights. Position the candles in the pagoda, where they can illuminate the entire table.
- 6). Decorate the space inside the pagoda. Scatter some rose petals between the candles to give the pagoda more color.
