- 1). Put your Cardio Cruiser on the floor. Remove the pin that holds the seat in position. Separate the two sections. This will unfold the frame. Align the seat holes with the metal tab. Insert the pin into the hole, to station the frame.
- 2). Find the pin that is located in the backrest. Remove it and set your backrest to the vertical position. Reinsert the pin to hold the back to your desired height.
- 3). Locate the sleeve that is on the center of the front support. Insert your pulley assembly. Attach each hook to the leg bars. Pull the bars down.
- 4). Find the hex tool that is included in the package. Remove the screws from the pivot post on the arm with your fingers. Turn the arm posts in opposite directions. Set the holes and put the screws that you just removed, into the holes to connect both arms.
- 5). Slide the handlebar over top the spring-loaded assembly. Press it down until you hear a click. Repeat for both handlebars. Put the left and right foot plates onto the spring-loaded assembly, located at the bottom of the unit. Click each firmly into place.
- 6). Set your resistance knob. Don't overdo it. Sit on the seat. Put your feet in the plates. Move the plates until your legs bend slightly. Lock-in the spring-loaded button.
- 7). Grab each handlebar. Lean back into the seat. Push your feet, alternating as you go. At the same time, pull the alternating arms.
