- 1). Take the pantyhose out of the package.
- 2). Place your two thumbs inside one of the pantyhose legs. You can do this sitting or standing.
- 3). Place your index, middle and ring fingers along the outside of the pantyhose.
- 4). Roll the pantyhose leg up to the toe of the hose, using the thumb, index, middle and ring fingers of both hands, while allowing the pantyhose to bunch loosely in the palms of your hands.
- 5). Widen the opening of the pantyhose for your foot by stretching the hose outward by securing the pantyhose with the tips of your thumbs and pulling outward.
- 6). Place your big toe inside the rolled pantyhose by bending your knee and pointing your big toe.
- 7). Glide the pantyhose over your foot, heel, up your leg and over your knee and up to your crotch using your hands, while unrolling the pantyhose as needed.
- 8). Repeat the same process for your other leg.
- 9). Pull the pantie of the pantyhose over your buttocks and rest the waistband of the hose on your waist.
