Many of us have watched Janet Jackson grow up right before our eyes, developing into a phenomenal and beautiful superstar. It would be impossible to do a slideshow of all of my favorite Janet Jackson images, but here are a few great beauty looks of Janet through the years.
In the photo above, Janet is receiving BET's Ultimate Icon Award at the 2015 BET Awards. Her eye shadow looks like it's a golden shade and her lips are a deep pink/mauve shade.

Isn’t she the cutest little thing? This is Janet posing for a portrait at the Jackson family home in July 1977. At the time she had the role of Penny Gordon Woods on Good Times. This over-the-shoulder pose would become one of her best red carpet looks through the years.

This is one of my favorite shots. Janet looked gorgeous at the 2001 Billboard Music Awards. I also love this wine colored lipstick shade on her.

Here's Janet posing for photos with a huge snake at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, for her album release party. I'm not crazy about the snake, but I do like the earth tones of the makeup and the glossy flesh-toned, almost metallic-looking eye shadow.
