How to Make a VCD With Nero 9

1). Insert a blank rewritable CD into the rewritable drive on your computer.
2). Click on the "Start" menu on your computer. Click "All Programs," "Nero 9" and "Nero SmartStart." Click on the Nero icon along the bottom and click "Nero Burning ROM."
3). Select CD from the window's drop-down menu.
4). Choose "Video CD" from the selection list.
5). Click on the "New" button to open the files and folders selection window.
6). Select any image or video file that you choose to add to the VCD. Drag and drop it to the compilation area located on the window's left side.
7). Click on "Burn" to open the Burn window. Change any of the settings you choose to before burning. Click "Burn" again to start burning the VCD.
