If you suffer from eczema it is more than likely that you have a nutrient deficiency of some description. Your body is not receiving the proper types and amount of food it needs.

Also, more than likely your digestive system is overloaded and you are suffering from allergies.

The way to combat eczema is to supply your body with natural, organically grown, uncooked foods.

Eat only fruit for breakfast. Fruit encourages elimination which is vital for general good health. You may eat just one single fruit such as apples or grapes or a medley of fruit in a large fruit salad. Eat until you are satisfied and chew each morsel thoroughly.

Include foods in your diet that contain enzymes. Enzymes are very important in governing your health. Enzymes are accelerators of every biochemical process in your life. Without enzymes, no matter how many supplements you consume, your body will still suffer degenerative disorders.

Include a large raw organic salad in your daily meals. A salad containing at least seven different types of vegetables such as greens, onions, peppers, at least three kinds of seeds, carrots, advocado, beans sprouts and cucumber.

Leave at least a twenty minute gap before you eat any thing else allowing the time for the salad to be digested.
