- 1). Fill a clear glass bowl or vase with water.
- 2). Place several floating candles in the water.
- 3). Cut several 1-foot pieces of curled ribbon that match the theme colors and put them the water under the candles.
- 4). Put flowers (real or silk) in the water floating around the candles. If using a tube vase, submerge a flower in the water under the floating candle.
- 5). Place flowers and curled ribbons on the table around the water container to complete the centerpiece ensemble.
