If you're still lucky enough to be single, chances are you're probably sick of trying to meet people in bars.
That is, if you're not very successful in social situations.
If this is the case, you need to find some sort of solution that will let you drink alcohol with other people, without making you feel uncomfortable.
The best way to do this is to be the one who throws the parties.
When you just attend parties, you're just another bum.
Just another customer.
Just another guy spending his hard earned cash trying to get laid.
And if you're a girl, well, who cares about you? Just kidding...
seriously though, if you want to have a more active social life without leaving your house, then you need to start throwing parties.
But you can't just pick up and say one day, "I'm throwing a party.
" Nobody will come, unless you invite your mom, and then it'll just be you and your mom, getting drunk together, and nobody wants that.
In order to have a really sick party, you need to get some nice furniture for your house.
The first thing you'll need is a bar.
Basically, a bar is just a fancy counter top for pouring alcohol.
You can make one yourself or just buy one, either online or in a furniture store.
Once you have a bar, you'll need some tables and chairs.
If you're throwing a party, try not to have too much area to sit in for your guests.
This may seem strange, but for parties with lots of people, you want to have more people standing than sitting.
When people stand, it increases their energy level.
If you have a lot of people in a room with a high energy level, you're going to have a nice party! More furniture is appropriate for smaller shindigs with only a few close friends.
That way, you can all sit comfortably and have a normal conversation.
When there's lots of people, however, there's a natural tendency to want to move around, to spread out the amount of time you spend in one place.
This can be accomplished by getting the right combination of furniture.
If possible, set up one or two sitting areas for people who just want to chill.
In order to get people moving around, set up random tables with snacks on them, spaced far apart.
When people go to get snacks/alcohol, they'll naturally start to mingle and you'll have an awesome party.
No more wasting money at bars for you!
