- 1). Push the power switch on the back of the vacuum cleaner's canister to the off position, and unplug the vacuum cleaner's power cord from the electrical outlet.
- 2). Lift the hose out of the canister, and flip up the hood release tab located at the front of the canister.
- 3). Pull the main case off at the handle to remove the canister's casing, and lift the cardboard tab and old dust bag from the canister.
- 4). Insert the new bag in the canister, and align the cardboard tab with the red bag mount. Turn the red bag mount downward in the canister to lock it into place.
- 5). Place the main case back onto the canister, and push the hood release tab down to lock the main case to the canister.
- 6). Insert the hose back into the canister and plug the power cable back into the electrical outlet to restore power to the vacuum cleaner.
