Nervous Tension - Let Nature Help You Overcome It

The article deals with natural remedies to overcome nervous tension, neurosis, stress and dizziness.
Simply follow the guidelines described below and heal yourself.
  1. Mix 30-50 grams of honey with a teaspoon of queen bee milk.
    Eat the mix twice a day - in the morning and evening.
  2. Valerian is very effective herb to deal with nervous tension.
    Simply infuse a tablespoon of granulated root of the herb with a glass of warm water.
    Fill a thermos bottle with the tincture and leave it to brew for 12 hours.
    Drink one third of a glass of the decoction 3 times a day for no longer than 2 months.
    It is due to the side effects the herb might cause.
    These side effects involve headache, disturbance and gastrointestinal disorders.
  3. Infuse 20 grams of granulated herbs of equal-leaved knotgrass tops with a glass of boiling water.
    Leave the tincture to brew for 2 hours and decant it.
    Take a tablespoon of the decoction 2-5 times a day after meal.
  4. Infuse 3 tablespoons of hedge hyssop with a glass of boiling water.
    Let the decoction brew for 2 hours and decant it.
    Drink half a glass of the tincture 3-4 times a day 20-30 minutes before meal.
  5. Mix equal quantities of herbs of calendula, tansy and marjoram.
    Infuse a tablespoon of the mix of herbs with a glass of boiling water.
    Leave the tincture to brew for some time and drink it 2-3 times a day as a tea.
    You can perform the procedure for 2-3 months.
