- 1). Advance your civilization to the Industrial age.
- 2). Use your villager units to gather 1000 units each of gold, food and wood. This can be done by selecting your villager and right-clicking on the appropriate resource. 1000 units of each resource is required to start a revolution.
- 3). Click your Town Center building to select it.
- 4). Click on the small icon of an upraised fist in the Town Center action bar. This will cause your civilization to revolt.
