- 1). Turn your Motorola phones on and press the "Menu," button. Select "Bluetooth," and "Make Phone Discoverable."
- 2). Go back to the Bluetooth menu and select "Add New Device." Do this for both phones. This will prepare them to be paired.
- 3). You will see the other phone on the "Found Devices" list that pops up when you try to add the new device.
- 4). Using the arrow keys in the center of the phone select the other Motorola phone and click "OK." You will be asked for PIN code.
- 5). Type in "0000" (zeroes) without the quotes. This is the default password for most Motorola phones. If you have changed it then you will need to put in your PIN number and press "OK."
- 6). Choose "Yes" when the phone asks you if pairing was successful and press "OK." After the two phones are connected you will see the other listed under the "Paired Devices" menu.
- 7). Transfer files by using the navigation arrows to highlight them and clicking on "Menu" and "Send Via Bluetooth." Find the phone that you wish to send the files to in the Bluetooth list. Click "Yes" to receive the file on the other phone and the file will be transferred.
