Preparation
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Put the flour in the oven proof bag and seal loosely. This is to prevent moisture loss during the baking process. Heat the flour until the center of the flour registers 165 degrees F on a food thermometer; start checking at about 10 minutes. Remove the bag from the oven and let cool for one hour.
