- To set up "Never say Baby," place baby safety pins on a string, making enough strings for each guest. The attendees will wear the pins around their necks, and whenever someone says, "baby," the guest who overheard the word is allowed to take a pin from the person who said the word. The guest with the most pins at the end of the shower is the winner.
- Play "Place the Baby on the Mommy" with a willing guest of honor. Each participant in this game receives a paper baby with a piece of tape attached to the back. While blindfolded, the participants take turns attempting to pin the baby to the pregnant guest of honor's belly. The guest who gets the baby closest to the center of the stomach is the winner.
- "Guess the Baby Item" is the third fun game. The guest of honor is blindfolded, then given a bag of baby items. The preparer of this game can fill the bag with ordinary to silly items needed for baby. The blindfolded mother-to-be must then remove items one at a time and attempt to guess what she is holding.
- A fun bridal shower game is "What's in the Sock?" Fill a sock with items representing what the new couple will need for the honeymoon, such as a shell or little umbrellas for those heading to a beach, rocks for those heading for a mountain, and other items representing the wedding night. Each guest should attempt to guess what is in the sock, using only their toes to feel the contents.
- "Wedding Night Hand Game" is another game relating to the wedding night. Instruct guests to line up against a wall and place a piece of construction paper in front of each. Give each guest a marker and ask them to trace a hand on the paper without bending their knees. A bystander should record everyone's comments. When the moderator tells everyone to stop trying, she reads the list of comments back to the guests, explaining that the comments are things the bride might say on her wedding night.
- Play "Never Have I Ever" by placing a candy tray in the center of a round table and arranging guests around it. On a piece of paper, write such statements as, "Never have I ever cheated on a test." The statements can be mild or racy, depending on the comfort levels of the hostess and guest of honor. Read a statement, and if a guest has done that activity, she must take a piece of candy. This game will reveal more about friends and give everyone a good laugh.
