Honey and Poppy Seed Dressing

A recipe for honey poppy seed dressing for fruits, from Jaclyn.

Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate -- thawed
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup rasberry vinegar
1/3 cup Canola oil
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon onion -- grated
1 1/4 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and shake to blend well. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
