Neela visits Jack at 'The Sun' and hides the recorder that Shane gave to her in her bag. Jack and Neela get close and he decides to kiss her. Jack confesses that he feels good when he’s around her even after he’s done all the bad things. Afraid of losing her forever he’s hesitant to tell her what he’s done and had gotten away with. He asks Neela if he can trust her and she swears to him that he won’t hate him and insists that he open up to her.
Tea pressures John to talk to Natalie and confront his feelings. They get interrupted by Todd who goes to check on Tea and the baby. Tea lashes out at him at first but John reminds her to calm down and she then apologizes to Todd. Todd tells her that he cares for her and her unborn baby. After he leaves Tea and John are about to get sick with Todd’s phony generosity. Nat finds Tea and John in a close conversation and John insists that whatever they were supposed to talk about had to wait because he wanted to take Tea home.
Noelle, Moe, Viki, Rex, and Shane anxiously await the judge to arrive at the Bonjour Café. Meanwhile at the motel across the street Gigi is persistent to return the uniform to the Bonjour before leaving with Cutter. She happens to slip away from Cutter and peers into the window of the café. The judge, Delphina Jr. arrives and instantly Rex swears he’s seen him before. Delphina Jr. awards the prize to “The Gigi Morasco” and Noelle gives the ribbon to Shane. Shane admits he’s never been happier.
Gigi gazes in through the window and notices how happy Shane is. Cutter catches up to her and tells her she can’t go in there and that they need to leave. Gigi leaves her uniform on the bench. Viki tells Rex that Delphina Jr. looks like Delphina’s twin brother. Moe tells Viki it’s time they all go back to Llanview and head to the airport. When they get to the airport Rex takes out the book that Delphina Jr. had given him and all the pages say not to give up. He volunteers to stay behind after finding out that the airplane was overbooked. Cutter and Gigi arrive at the airport and Cutter goes to buy the tickets. Gigi sits in waiting section and Delphina Jr. sits next to her. He tells Gigi his motto “don’t give up, don’t ever give up.” Rex returns to the Bonjour to wait and brings the uniform inside the café and sees the words don’t give up again in the book and turns around and sees Gigi in front of him.
Kim arrives on Clint’s door with a shiner. She tells Clint she can’t wait anymore and wants an answer from him. Clint explains how it’s complicated and tells her again how he rebounded with Viki. Kim decides to remind him of what he had and kisses her just as Viki arrives home.
