- 1). Place 1 cup of water into a small pot. Bring the water to a boil.
- 2). Place 6 tbsp. of boiling water into a bowl. Add 2 packages of unflavored gelatin to the boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. You can buy unflavored gelatin at most grocery stores.
- 3). Add 2 tsp. glycerin to the mixture. Stir.
- 4). Add 2 tbsp. white vinegar to the mixture. Stir.
- 5). Allow the concoction to slightly cool. Pour the mixture into a sealable jar.
- 6). Apply the glue with a small paintbrush. The glue can be used for three to four days, or until it turns into a gel. To soften the glue, place the jar into a bowl of hot water for several minutes.
- 1). Place 1 cup of skim milk into a glass jar. Pour 1 tbsp. of vinegar into the jar. Slowly stir the two ingredients together.
- 2). Allow the mixture to sit until the ingredients separate into two layers. This can take several minutes.
- 3). Set a colander into the sink. Slowly pour the milk mixture into the colander. The solid substance from the jar will remain in the colander. Scrape this substance from the colander with a putty knife and place it onto a paper towel.
- 4). Remove as much liquid as possible from the solid by squeezing it with a second paper towel. Place the solid substance into a second jar.
- 5). Add 1/8 cup baking soda to the jar. Stir. Place a dab of the solid, which is now glue, onto a piece of paper. Add more baking soda if the glue is too runny.
