- 1). Sign in to your Facebook account, click the "Account" option from the top menu bar and select "Use Facebook as Page."
- 2). Click the "Switch" button for the page you want to add the donate link to. The page should load immediately.
- 3). Click the "Edit" link next to the "About" heading on the page's left column. On the next screen, find the "About" text field box.
- 4). Enter a short message about donating to your cause. For example, you could use, "Please donate and support our cause!"
- 5). Type or copy the full donation link behind the text. It should include the "http://" prefix, otherwise the link will not be clickable.
- 6). Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Changes" button. Visitors to your Facebook page will now see a donation link on the left sidebar, helping you increase awareness about your fundraising efforts.
