Proper healthy guidelines to body building diet

Are you a wannabe fitness enthusiast? Then I am sure you are getting a lot of advice from your friends and you are really spoilt for choices. You follow various magazines and try to ape pro body builders. Here I have a piece of free advice for you, don't take free advice from every one as everybody is not professionally qualified and technically educated to provide the right kind of advice. The rule of thumb in this field is to follow your gut feelings and your basic instincts. Most of us are carried away by the magazines, which publish articles related to bodybuilding. These magazines hire authors to endorse their own products and they are paid heavily for that. I do not know whether they are the worst offenders or not but they do no good to average people like us. If you follow the advice of professionally accomplished body builders who are basically genetically gifted you will come to know that they are committed to spend the whole day in the gym and follow an extreme form of diet and training program which are often related to steroid abuse. Just tell me honestly do you really have the time, money and effort to invest in order to achieve long-term modest fitness goals. 

I am sure you dream of losing fat and gain lean muscle mass and that is why you head straight to the gym.
  • Your aim is to achieve a muscular mass with little or no fat disposition and you feel that the perfect solution is to work out in the gym irrespective of your age and physique in order to enjoy perfect health.
  • You want to achieve the ideal weight range and regardless of your goals, you aim to give your best.

Now tell me honestly have you even achieved 70-80% success and if you want real success then you must have a right diet plan. Let me tell you if you are interested to achieve muscle mass then you must have500 calories more in your daily diet. In addition, if you wish to lose weight then you must start consuming 500 calories less than your required calorie intake, which is technically opposite from the previous method. Let me disclose an interesting fact, if you are taking proteins without fats  then fats will be released from your body naturally through the process of oxidation. The result of burning is assimilation of proteins in your body, which will help to lose fatty tissues. Therefore, my advice is to take proteins along with fats, as you will be able to digest and absorb proteins in your body very rapidly. 

Hire a fitness trainer who will outline a perfect training program for you. However, always remember you should be having eight hours of sleep every night and along with that do not forget to drink gallons of water every day and eat a healthy diet full of fruits, nuts vegetables, whole grains and fiber. Your supplement must contain cretin monohydrate, which has a concentration of protein, liquid amino acids, and multivitamin along with minerals. Keep your eyes on your goals and follow a training diet  along with a complete rest cycle and try to have precedence over the vital factors, which I have discussed.
