Starting your day in a positive direction is the best way to kick off a good day.
Picking a positive affirmation as your theme for day is something everyone wanting to make positive changes in their lives should try.
But there are as many affirmations out there as there are problems so where do you start? Start off with a positive affirmation that addresses a problem that is really affecting you right now.
If you could solve one issue that you think would make your whole life change for the better, what would that issue be? For many, the game changing issue is money.
Many other people would put a health issue at the top of the list.
For others, they would address their weight or self-image.
Find your one main driving concern.
If you are going to use a single positive affirmation as your theme for the day, make it short and sweet.
