The award for Outstanding Game/Audience Participation Show resulted in a tie at the 2011 Daytime Emmy Awards. Fortunately for Executive Producer Harry Friedman, both winning shows were his!
The first winning show announced was Jeopardy!, and Friedman came onstage to accept the award and say some nice words about the show and the staff. Then, Wheel of Fortune was named the other winning show, and Friedman returned to the stage.
Viewers got a great chuckle when the long-time Executive Producer opened his second acceptance speech with, "I have discovered first-hand that I am not a tough act to follow!"
