I hate getting calls when I am busy doing other things like trying to get work done, but what is worse is when the call comes from a phone number I do not recognize.

You can find a reverse phone directory online and they work just like a phone book, but they work backwards.
 What I mean by that is they will get you the person's name and address by entering a phone number, instead of having to enter a name to get a phone number.
