1Start Microsoft PowerPoint and open an existing presentation that contains bullets that you would like to change to custom bullets. Another option is to start a new presentation that you would like to include unique bullets.

Select the existing bulleted list that you would like to change to custom bullets, or place your cursor on the slide where you would like to begin to insert unique bullets.

Choose the "Format" menu and click on "Bullets and Numbering..." to open the "Bullets and Numbering" dialog box.

Click on the "Bulleted" tab at the top of the "Bullets and Numbering" dialog box so you can create your own unique bullets.

Press the "Picture..." button with your mouse near the bottom of the "Bullets and Numbering" dialog box to open the "Picture Bullet" dialog box.

Use your mouse to click the "Import..." button at the bottom of the "Picture Bullet" dialog box to open the "Add Clips to Organizer" dialog box.

Browse to find the picture you would like to use as your bullet and click the "Add" button to close the "Add Clips to Organizer" dialog box and "OK" twice to close the "Picture Bullet" and "Bullets and Numbering" dialog boxes. The custom bullet you have created from a picture will now show up on the list you have selected or when you begin typing a new list.
