Excessive sweating can be an embarrassing problem.
Whether you're worried you smell bad or are sick of having to take multiple showers a day you'll be pleased to know that there are many natural ways to stop excessive sweating - and quickly too! The most important thing to know is that you're not alone if you have sweat problems - it is much more common than you think.

Dietary Changes
You can't cure excessive sweating by changing your diet alone, but it can go a long way towards reducing the amount of sweat.
Reducing fatty foods as well as alcohol is a good place to start, and will also help your general health.

Shaving Underarm Hair
If you suffer from excessive underarm sweating which causes you to smell bad, consider shaving your underarm hair regularly.
This will help with the smell and reduce the amount of underarm sweat.
The reason is that bacteria can build up on the hairs which then smell once the sweat is released.

Wear Cotton Undergarments
The cooler you are the less you sweat, so by wearing cotton you can keep yourself as cool as possible.
Cotton also helps absorb the sweat, so is a great choice.

Use An Antiperspirant
This sounds obvious, but many deodorants are confusingly labelled and don't do anything to protect against excessive sweating.
Deodorants help cover up the smell of sweat, antiperspirants do that as well as reducing the size of the sweat glands which decreases the amount you sweat.

Increase Your Exercise
Like the dietary change, increasing exercise won't make the problem go away by itself but you'd be amazed how much it can help.
It also has the added bonus of keeping you healthier at the same time and is one of the easiest ways to stop excessive sweating.
