I found it easier to snap all the buttons, then from the inside, insert the the three spring loaded ribs.

If it were a bit tighter it would be perfect.
Also wished the ribs did not stick up so far up in the air.

It took me about five minutes to unpack and identify each item.
It took me another five minutes (slow) to assemble the frame and place it on top of the bed.
It took me another three minutes to figure out how to use the brackets - short and long.
And ten more minutes later the frame is completly clamped and secured on the truck.
The tonneau canvas fits right on the frame.
Extra pads for better sealing and extra buttos were also provided.
I am very very satisfied.
