Touch Screen Not Responding

• 1). Turn on your GPS.
  
  
• 2). Navigate to the "Menu" button on the remote control.
  
  
• 3). Select, "Settings," then "Display," and finally "Recalibrate."
  
  

Loss of Remote Control Functions

• 1). Open the battery door on the back of your remote.
  
  
• 2). Check the batteries to make sure the + sign on the battery is aligned with the + sign on the remote. Follow the same procedure for the -- sign. Install fresh batteries if you believe them to be dead.
  
  
• 3). Replace the battery door, point the remote at the 2720, and test the remote. Make sure the sensor on the front of the remote is not blocked.
