How Long Does a Wart Virus Live?

When you are looking at warts or thinking about them as they pertain to you, the question of how long does wart virus live will occur to you fairly soon.
If you have warts or you are close to someone who does, you will find that it is a fairly frequent occasion for a wart to suddenly disappear one day and then reappear at some point, sometimes even years down the line.
The question of whether the wart will ever go away entirely is a good one, and you will find that this simple question needs to take several things into effect.
The first thing that you need to know is that warts are a side effect of the human papilloma virus, known more generally as HPV.
There are over a hundred known varieties of this species of virus and many of them will cause warts.
Some particular strains of the virus will tend to only attack certain parts of the body; for instance, the varieties of HPV that will attack the genitals are different from the ones that will attach to the soles of the feet, for example.
With that in mind it is also worth noting that when you are looking at the question of how long does wart virus live that you realize that the virus is a permanent fixture, though the wart is not.
The HPV will get into your body and it will respond accordingly to the changes that are in your body.
For instance, if you are feeling healthy and your body is taking on the viruses and infections that are being thrown at it with ease, there is a good chance that the HPV will not flare up.
On the other hand, you will find that if your immune system is under attack, and if all of your resources are focused elsewhere, there is a chance that you will see a return of a wart where one had not been for some time.
There is no way to "cure" warts, but you will find that it is possible to remove them and then to make it harder for them to come back.
When it comes to warts, some people swear by the ingestion of vitamin C, and this makes sense because vitamin C will bolster your body's immune system.
Other ways to get rid of wart that addresses the virus issue is to use a combination of duct tape and salicylic acid to remove the wart, because the latter will soften the skin and remove the dead skin in question, while the former will theoretically irritate the immune system enough to make it rise up against the virus.
If you have warts and they bother you, you will find that there are quite a few solutions out there.
Take some time to make sure that you are getting the kind of results that you need from the solutions in front of you.
