- 1). Call 800-997-8888 to connect to Alabama EBT customer service line.
- 2). Say "English" or "Spanish" when prompted to choose a language.
- 3). Answer "yes" when the recording asks if you're calling about a lost, stolen or damaged card.
- 4). Select "1" if you're calling about a disaster relief card and "2" if you're calling about a normal Alabama EBT card.
- 5). Give your Social Security number and residential information to the representative to have your card mailed to you.
