- 1). Open your Web browser.
- 2). Go to the "Norton Account" website (see References). Click "Sign In" and type the user name and password for your Norton Account into the boxes. You received this account information along with your Norton AntiVirus registration information at the time of purchase. Click "Sign In" to load your account page.
- 3). Click "My Products."
- 4). Click "Norton AntiVirus."
- 5). Look at the date listed next to "Expiration Date." This is the date on which your Norton AntiVirus subscription will need to be renewed.
