Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 cups uncooked farfalle (bow tie pasta)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 (14.4-oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Prep Time: 25 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- Total Time: 55 minutes
- Yield: Serves 6
Preparation
In heavy skillet, cook pork tenderloin pieces, onion, and garlic in olive oil until tenderloin pieces are lightly browned. Add green pepper and cook another 3 minutes.
