- 1). Go to the "File" menu in Photoshop and choose "Open." Select the image on your computer to edit and click "OK."
- 2). Click and hold down on the "Brush" tool to select the "Color Replacement Tool" in the tools palette on the left. Hold until the drop-down menu appears and move the mouse over the "Color Replacement Tool" before letting go.
- 3). Locate the tool options bar along the top. Set the sampling option to "Contiguous" so the color replacement will stop when it reaches a different color. Check the "Find Edges" box, making Photoshop recognize the shapes in the image and avoid painting over the edges of those shapes.
- 4). Click the "Foreground Color" box on the tools palette to open the color selector. Pick the color that will replace the sky's current color and click "OK."
- 5). Position the brush over the sky where you will replace the color. Click and drag the brush around the sky to replace the existing color with the new sky color.
