Love Meant For a Lifetime

Cheating, adultery, affairs...
everywhere around the globe stories of such acts is rampant, even among the young generation.
Everywhere you look you hear stories of married couples becoming estranged because of a third party.
Often, it starts out as a simple problem then collapses into a huge conflict that results in a messy separation.
What's worse the media including television, novels, and movies often portray adultery in their stories.
A simple background check on their plots will reveal that they insinuate cheating and affairs as normal and every day events.
This is why even children are made to believe that marriage is a hoax, and something that shouldn't be taken seriously.
Some people argue that we are no better than animals.
We simply submit to our basic instincts.
If you think that way, better think again.
There are some animals whose faithfulness is unsurpassable.
Even an average human cannot fathom how to beat their display of fidelity.
Now, which animals are these? Let's do background check information on them and see how faithful they are.
1.
Swans.
They are among the monogamous animals in the world.
They often form bonds that last for years and in some cases for a lifetime.
2.
Black vultures.
They are a true testament of looks not being a must to a faithful relationship.
Black vultures see to it that none of them commit adultery.
3.
Albatrosses.
These species is known to travel long distances.
But they are one of the most faithful animals out there.
When breeding season comes, they always go home to the same partner.
4.
Prairie voles.
As models of monogamy, prairie voles breaks the reputation for promiscuity often attached to rodents.
A pair of prairie voles stay together for a lifetime, cuddling each other, sharing nesting, and showing a high level of support to each other.
5.
Turtle doves.
Remember the song Twelve Days of Christmas? There's a reason why two turtle doves was sent on the second day.
These birds are a symbol of love and faithfulness.
6.
French angelfish.
These fishes live, travel and hunt in pairs for as long as both are alive.
Rarely can you find a French angelfish that is alone.
It is even surprising to know that there are animals that really maintain their partnership even through death-when one partner dies, the other dies as well.
It's really worth learning from these animals.
Simple and tiny as they are, they are able to maintain strong relationships more than we humans can.
Maybe we should kick ourselves hard and put into our adulterous heads this exceptional characteristic of animals.
