This classroom is at Elementary School #2 in the Tadjoura region of Djibouti.
The school benefits from the support of the U.S. Agency for International Development and the help of military personnel from the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) headquartered at Camp Lemonier in Djibouti.
