- 1). Touch and hold your finger on the icon you want to delete until the icon turns red and becomes larger.
- 2). Drag the icon to the trash can.
- 3). Release your finger once the icon is over the trash. The icon will disappear when it is deleted, and your phone will make a sound to signal that the icon was successfully placed in the trash can.
