- 1). Visit the AT&T website (see Resources) and download the Windows Mobile 6.0 software onto your computer. Click "Save" and save the file as a shortcut on your desktop.
- 2). Connect your device to your computer with the use of a HotSync cord. The ActiveSync software should automatically start. If it does not, click the "Start" link on your computer followed by "Programs." Double-click "ActiveSync" to open the program.
- 3). Double-click the Window Mobile 6.0 file on your computer's desktop to launch the program.
- 4). Wait for the setup wizard to appear on your screen. Follow the prompts to install the upgrade onto your Palm Device.
