- 1). Access the Internet through your computer browser. Navigate to a website that offers RollerCoaster Tycoon game downloads. Choices include terragame.com, best-online-golf-game.com or toggle.com. All of these sites offer free online RollerCoaster Tycoon play for a short trial with the option to purchase the full version of the game online as well.
- 2). Download the version of the game that you are interested in playing. If you want to purchase the full-length RollerCoaster Tycoon game, you may choose to do so at this time. If you want to play a partial version of the game (the first few stages of RollerCoaster Tycoon) you will still need to download the game, but you will not be charged any money.
- 3). Access the RollerCoaster Tycoon in-game tutorial by entering Forest Frontiers (the easiest difficulty level scenario in RollerCoaster Tycoon).
- 4). Follow each in-game prompt inside Forest Frontiers. You will be led through opening your amusement park, building a merry-go-round, creating your first custom roller coaster and hiring an amusement park mechanic.
- 5). Complete the Forest Frontiers tutorial; then begin playing any of the scenarios in RollerCoaster Tycoon. Because RollerCoaster Tycoon is an open-ended game, you can revisit any scenarios whenever you choose and can continue to build your amusement park for as long as you like.
