- 1). Remove the top from the applicator bottle and fill it with the beverage of your choice. Screw the top back on as tight as possible by hand.
- 2). Tilt the bottle so the squirt applicator tip faces straight into your mouth, but hold it about 5 inches away.
- 3). Open your mouth and squeeze the bottle firmly and quickly with your hand so the beverage squirts out of the bottle applicator tip and into your mouth, similar to a sports water bottle.
