- 1). Study the significant points of the paper. Decide how these points fit together to support the main point or thesis and write this down.
- 2). Decide if there is a concrete end to the argument or thesis or if there are new strategies and questions to consider. Write these deductions down.
- 3). Use a quotation or fact that supports the supposition and has yet to be used in the remainder of the paper.
- 4). Read the answers to the previous steps and question why these statements are important to the reader. Write down the reasons why.
- 5). Organize the sentences written in the previous steps to make a complete paragraph. Edit until the paragraph reads smoothly. Take care in making the last sentence the most satisfying of the paper.
